The biggest difference is this number dispenser is synchronized with the keypad.

  • How does "synchronization" work?

For example: 001 and 002 clients come to restaurant to take their number ticket. 001 client's ticket shows "currently waiting people 0", 002 client's ticket shows "currently waiting people 1". After 001 client take his/her food, 003 and 004 clients come to take their number tickets. Then, 003 client's ticket shows "currently waiting people 1", 004 client's ticket shows "currently waiting people 2". At this moment, keypad shows 004, which means there are 4 clients taking number tickets in total.

  • What are advantages of this system?

Through keypad manager or waiter knows the current ticket number and the total quantity of tickets collected.

Through ticket client knows how many people are before her/him. Therefore clients won't lose patience and are willing to sit and wait.

Workflow of number system---Restaurant

1. Client takes a number from number dispenser and orders food

2. Food is ready, then waiter presses "+" on keypad

3. Immediately display screen shows the client's queuing number and speaks the client's queuing number

For example, client's queuing number is 001, then display screen shows "001" and speaks "number 001 please" in English.
